Jitendra V. Singh, who currently serves as a professor at the Wharton School of Business, will become the dean of HKUST Business School in September.
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology has appointed Jitendra V. Singh as the new dean of its School of Business and Management. Singh, who has served as a professor of management at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania since 1987, will begin his new post in September. Singh served as vice-dean of International Academic Affairs at Wharton from 1998 to 2001, during which time he contributed to the establishment of the Singapore Management University in Singapore and the worldwide alliance between Wharton and INSEAD, another Global Network member.
