#GNW2016: Sustainable and Inclusive Business Models are the Focus at IIMB's Global Network Week

The Indian economy has witnessed rapid growth during the last two decades as a consequence of liberalization and globalization. Such growth has created challenges for both environmental and social sustainability. Rapid industrialization and urbanization, on one hand, has resulted in depletion of natural resources and environmental degradation, while on the other, it has caused large scale migration, increase in urban poverty and stagnation of the rural economy.

At EGADE Business School, Santa Fe campus, a group of 17 international students from business schools in GNAM took part in the Global Network Week, an intensive, week-long exchange program that takes advantage of the different academic approaches and programs and the expert knowledge of the faculty of each of the participating business schools, in order to foster a global business outlook in MBA students.
