The course is designed to provide a practical understanding of executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions with a focus on Asia and China. We will do a deep-dive into M&A transactions and seek to attain a working understanding of how to execute an M&A deal from identifying and analyzing the target company to conducting due diligence to securing financing to closing of the transaction. There will be a number of hands-on elements involving the construction of financial models and analyses throughout the course.
