WHAT IS LGBT@WORK?
Since 2006, IEOut & Allies Club, IE University's student-led LGBTQ+ & Allies organization, has proudly presented LGBT@Work, the longest running LGBT+ work conference in Europe, and 3rd largest business school LGBT+ Conference in the world.
The goal of LGBT@Work is to promote the free exchange of ideas and provide a unique networking platform for LGBTQ+ students, professionals, and allies. Speakers, sponsors, and attendees from all around the world join LGBT@Work, creating a truly diverse, international, and welcoming learning experience.
