This course emphasizes the relevance of the development of essential skills to develop a strategic leadership that allows organizations to deliver in a global scope. At the end of the course, students will be able to identify the global challenges and local needs for value creation of multiple groups of related interest. At the same time, students will be able to learn about the elements of an organizational culture that will unleash the potential, commitment, and involvement of people who are part of the organization.
