In this course, you will learn the basics of measuring people at work and how to use the information and insights to make critical recommendations and key decisions. This course focuses on preparing you to be a data-driven leader. You will complete analytics, conduct research, identify business issues/opportunities, incorporate data visualization & storytelling, and consider important facets of people analytics such as data privacy, biases, and supporting/refuting analytics. The course is highly interactive and utilizes a mix of tools, analytic techniques, collaborative exercises, case studies, and hands-on activities. You will also get an opportunity to meet and hear from several people analytics leaders from various industries who have successfully applied people analytics to drive organizational outcomes. Over this accelerated, seven-week course you will have an opportunity to learn, to apply, and to be a more informed leader regarding the most important resource to any organization: the people.
