This module will explore how entrepreneurs can build commercially successful ventures that also generate measurable social and environmental impact. Drawing on African and global perspectives, the programme will:
- Analyse business models that successfully integrate profit and purpose.
- Examine how innovation, technology and strategic partnerships help to scale solutions to societal challenges.
- Equip participants with practical tools for assessing impact opportunities and designing sustainable ventures.
- Provide exposure to local and regional ecosystem leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and impact enablers who are actively shaping Africa’s impact entrepreneurship landscape.
The week will feature:
- A keynote address by an influential leader in impact-driven entrepreneurship.
- A panel session featuring practitioners, investors and policy actors driving social innovation.
- Interactive faculty-led sessions, case discussions and design-thinking exercises.
- Company visits to impact-focused enterprises and innovation hubs.
