Israel is the 2nd country in the world with the absolute higher number of start-ups. What is it that transforms Israel into a start-up nation? What are the cultural characteristics, the ecosystem, government support and venture capital that support the innovation culture and the new ventures? These questions will be discussed in the proposed "Start-up Nation" week in March.
