David Wertime, Yale College alumnus, will return to Yale via live video feed to discuss social media in China as Yale SOM’s inaugural Colloquium on Social Media speaker.

As a co-founder of Tea Leaf Nation, an online channel reporting on Chinese media, and senior editor at Foreign Policy, Wertime is engaged in decoding Chinese media, analyzing Chinese social trends, and featuring Chinese voices, all within that country's unique political, social, and internet environment. 

The event is presented by Yale Center Beijing and The Global Network for Advanced Management and the Yale SOM Technology Club.
